[12th Oct] Pos 1,811 +150; 121,490 points +8,233. A 10%er for Leicester is Street Art, 5,212 points and a judge 1st for Badly Boiled Egg in Food Gone Wrong for 9,500 points.

[28th Sep] Pos 1,942 + 148; 114,007 points +6,208. Boosted by a 10%er in Brickwork for 7,822 points.

[21st Sep] Pos 2,090 -121; 107,799 points -4,897. The fall was inevitable as my only #1 Things in Boxes, good for 11,000 points dropped out of the 12 week count. The same picture is back in Domestic Cats and Kittens (no people), a 10%er for 5,518 points. Back to exactly where I was the week before last.

[14th Sep] Pos 1,969 +121; 112,696 points +4,989. Commended for the demo image in Hear That! for 7,306 points. Nice to get into the 1,000s again before my #1 drops out of the reckoning.

[7th Sep] Pos 2,090 +77; 107,707 points +3,524. The Eltham church wood carving came in 23rd, top 10% in Wood Carvings for 6,370 points.

[31st Aug] Pos 2,176 +280; 104,183 points + 7,770. This week saw a commended (thanks again Ange) for an image from Aldburgh in Straight Lines. Although only a 50%er from the crowd, that's good for 8,407 points and last week's Barbican image came in with 7,818.

[24th Aug] Pos 2,447 +194; 96,413 points +8,274. A few results this week, 10% for the poppy in Flower Seed Pods for 5,046 points. 10% and 13th for a Barbican shot in Brutalist architecture today but no points yet..

27th Jan - crept back up: pos 1,403 +51; 126,019 points, +1,503. A 10% for Kev in a box and commended for Kev at the window. Cats do it every time.

20th Jan - pos 1,454 down 153; 124,516 points down 10,346. Few comps being entered, drift is inevitable.

13th Jan - Pos 1,301 up 42; 134,862 points, up 1,400 on a judge commended for a beer can on Brighton beach in Objects with Simple Beauty, worth 7,850 points.

6th Jan 2020 - Pos 1,343, down 5: sinking more slowly than expected. 133,462 ranking points. A 10%er for Kev in a basket in Hidden but Peeking Out.

30th Dec 2019 - Pos 1,338, down 28. 134,772 points, down 3,921. A Judged 10th for self portrait after Bing in Reflections in Black and White, good for 6,702 points.

23rd Dec - Pos 1,310, up 22. 138,693 points, up 3,118. A 10% for Kevin in the box in Cats, no people.

16th Dec - Pos 1,332, down 154. 135,575 points, down 12,025. No significant awards. It would have been pleasant to have crept over pos 1,000 for a week, but now let's gently settle down to pos 2,000.

9th Dec - Pos 1,178, down 71. 147,600 points, down 7,067. No significant awards this week.

2nd Dec - Pos 1,107, up 3, 154,667 points. Top 10% (33rd) for Telephone Boxes. Highest score this month, 13,801 for Kevin on a bookcase.

25th Nov - Pos 1,110 up 343, highest ever (just). Judge commended for The Scallop in Art with Metal (6,384 points); Colloquy in Made from glass (9,608  points).

18th Nov - Pos 1,453, up 45, commended for Kevin on a bookcase (13,801 points).

11th Nov - Pos 1,502, down 90.

† I have at last broken free of the APoy tyranny. Working GT into their hackneyed caegories was becoming a chore. I cheated in the Street round, and was preparing another pasted cheat for Weather, round 7, but missed the deadline which seemingly happens before midnight on the designated day. I haven't bothered with Night which ends in a few days. So it goes.

This week, two 10%ers and the Big One (baby snail) is still there, so a small uplift in points and a small drift in position.
